Reservations are accepted by the owners on the following terms:
1. Prices are subject to change. Price at date of booking will stand.
2. For bookings made
more than 2 weeks before arrival date a deposit of
25% of agreed rental is due , the 75% balance and security deposit of
£100.00 is due 2 weeks before
arrival date. Payments to be made by card.
To confirm your booking submit a booking form with all the names of your
party and to secure the booking
telephone your card number.

submitting the booking form this gives us your authority to
charge the balance when due
3. For bookings made less than 2 weeks before arrival date the total amount of
rental is due along with the £100.00
security deposit.
This is returned after the apartment has been checked, NOT on the day of
departure Deductions will be made for breakages, damage and for any extra
cleaning.
4. Deposits
are non-refundable. Cancellation must be made in writing or e.mail 2
weeks before
arrival date. After that all balances are payable.
5. Apartments are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and
must be vacated
by 10am on the last day. unless previous arrangements have been made.
6.
Only members of your party as shown on the booking form may occupy the
apartment.
7. The apartment is to be kept in good order and on vacating left clean and tidy
- as you found it- failure to do this will result in the loss of your security deposit.
8. All linen and towels are provided.Cots and highchairs are available, please
order before arrival.
9. Any complaints and or breakages on arrival should be reported
to the
owners immediately.
10.Noise to be kept at a reasonable level especially in the hall and on the
staircase late at night.
11. Off street parking for one car per apartment
patrons only.
12. The owners and employees of Harefield shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage
to your property or
person, however caused
.
13. We reserve the right to refuse any booking,
and to cancel in the unlikely
event of the apartments becoming unavailable through any event outside of
our control, subject to full refund
of any monies paid. Also the option to
transfer you to another apartment other than the one booked at no extra cost to
you.
12. Please note that the balance and security deposit is
due 2 weeks before arrival
as notified, if payment is not received by this date
( unless previous
arrangements have been made ) , we reserve the right to cancel
the booking .
In the event of any unresolved
dispute between
the parties it shall be referred to the jurisdiction
of the English Courts
only and shall be governed
by English Law and Interpretation only.
