,e.mail or via a web site booking form, which is your name, private/business address, contact telephone numbers
and e.mail address. We may also ask you for other information that relates to the service we are providing, for example we
will need your debit/credit card number to charge you for the accommodation you have booked. After your booking is complete
i.e after final balance is paid we will destroy all information relating to your card. Harefield abides by the data protection
laws in the United Kingdom and we may hold and use data about you in your capacity as a consumer for example if you
are using any of our web sites or using any of our services ,by continuing to do so, you indicate your agreement
to our use of your personal information as set out in this privacy report. This privacy policy only applies to how Harefield
Holiday Apartments deals with your personal information. It does not apply to any other company or to any other companys
web sites even if you access them through one of Harefields web sites. If you disclose your personal information to other
companies your information will be dealt with according to their privacy practices.
